In my opinion the best candidate is Joe Schulz because he is 25 years old and is the youngest of the candidates.He will be able for more hard-work. He is single and he will find the job more enjoyable with meeting new people.
In addition the candidate that I choose to take the job has good work experience
because he has worked as a tour operator.He is very friendly and outgoing with excelent references.For job's needs Joe Schulz will move to Edinburgh.
The other two candidates are in a big age and it will be more difficult to respond to the job.
Joe Schulz has one big disadvantage. He has high level of spoken English but low level of written English and some French. Nevertheless he is the right person for the job.
