I believe that the best condidate is Joe Schulz, because firstly is younger than the others and for this reason will has more staminas. Also, I think that because his single he will have a lot of time for his job in contrast the others who in married. In addition, Joe Schulz know spoken the three basis language for one job, which are German, French and English, and he know computers skills,which are egually important. Another advantage is that he worked as tour operator and that will help him in his new job.
