In my opinion the best candidate is  Joe Schulz  because is young than the other and will be more eager to work. Also, i think that because his single and he will have o lot of time for his job. Other advantage he had very friendly and outgonig, excellent references and he is available immediately. The second candidate is not so good for that job because she is not outgoing person  and she also very cold. The first candidate is too old for this job and he has family.
