I think the best man for this job is candidate B because he speaks English fluently, Spanish and Italian. He is young so he will be able to work hard for this job. He also worked as a tour guide with groups of children from US travelling in Europe 10 years ago. I didnt choose candidate A because i think that its too old for this job and he has kids to raise  and candidate C because he has low level of written English and his interview notes was a bit informal. In my opinion my i choose the right decision for this job.
