I think that the best canditate is the second one because she is young and she  has work experience as a tour guide with groups of children from US travelling in Europe 10 years ago and now she is working as public relations officer for multinational company. She also  recently finished tourism course (Open University), speaks English fluently, good Spanish and Italian, good computer skills, so i think that she is successful and ambitious. I also think that the second candiate is better than the third one because the third one he has no work experience  and he hasn't enough skills for this job also the first one he is not good in languages he knows only his native language and this would be difficult for this job.
