In my opinion Mr Steve Fielding Which is candidate A is the best for Tour Guide Supervisor for, he has more experiance than any other candidate and he has been to tourism industry which aproves that and also shows that he such a good employ that he kept 1 job for 20 years. Moreover it shows that he has job satisfaction about jobs in tourism industry and he loves what he does. Furthermore he is married and has 2 kids and by this he shows that he needs a job with a good salary which he would keep it for long so it is garanteed that he can stay to this job for long and will not leave any time soon. I didn't aprove the rest candidates because they might be better in some other aspects and speak more languages but they don't have the job satisfaction and the experiance like candidate A does. After rechecking Candidate A's information i am sure that he is the best for the job.
