In my opinion the best candidate for that job is the third candidate because it's very young and outgoing person which that means that he is very hard working person! Also he speaks very good the global language which is the English and his native language is the German. In addition he is single so the first priority for him will be the job! The second candidate is not so good for that job because she wants to stay in local area and because she isn't outgoing person and she also very cold! The first candidate i believe that is not the appropriate person for that job because his age is 52 years old and maybe he won't be able to have the best staminas!!!!
