In my opinion first one,Steve Fielding, is more suitable for the job because of the long experience in tourism industry and i believe that he is hard-working.
In addition of other two people,Steve is willing to do many things for his job and that he can give to others some points about this because of his experiences.But the others will have to be teached about some requirements of the job.
I ought to point out that a good skill of Steve Fielding is that he wants to meet and contact with other people and that mean that he will not have communiacation problems.On the other hand, other two candidates are not so formal and seems like they are not so good to socialize with other people.
Also he has another good skills like accountancy qualifications, good computer skills, speaks a little French but he
hasn't used it in a long time.
