I prefer the first one because he has experience in tourist industry and he seems hard-working. Moreover he like to contact with people which is very important in that job.The second one may know lot of languages but she doesn't have experiences like the first candidate. And finally the last candidate may know how to supervise the teachers but not how t supervise a hotel....
