Candidate A is very good for this job he looks hard-working and he have lots of experience . Also, he like to meet new people all the time, he have skills but he speak only French. 
Candidate B is also very good and she finished tourism course. Altough she speak 3 languages but in interview is to cold and in this job people must be sociable.
