In my opinion the best candidate is Joe Schulz because is young than the others and will be more eager to work. Also he had very friendly and outgoing,excellent references and the important is avaible immediately.
Now for thw other two i don't look so satisfactory for the job. Steve Fielding is sufficiently large and Sandrine Parnet is a little cold.
However Joe Schulz is a little informal but this is something that is made.
