I think the best candidate for this job is B because he worked as a tour guide with groups of children from US travelling in Europe 10 years ago.He speaks italian spanish and english.The disadvantages of A is too old for this job and he has family and candidate C because he has low level of written english and his interview notes was a bit informal. In my opinion i choose the right person for this job.
