On my opinion, the best candidate is the candidate A, Steve Fielding. He is a hard-working man friendly and enthusiastic and he has  passion for work and also he qualify all we want for this job. He has previous experience, over 20 years in the visitor industry. He's native language is English so he is an effective speaker and he also has good skills on accounting and computers. Although all the candidates have a good personality, I can't choose the other candidates because candidate B is a bit cold on her attitude and this job wants friendly people. Candidate C was a bit informal in the interview and also he doesn't have minimum 2 years' experience in the visitor industry. I hope that this choice will be the best for this job and this cooperation will last.
