In my opinion the most appropriate candidate is Joe Schulz. First, he is a young boy who started his career a few years ago. For that reason he will be very enthousiastic about his new job and hard-working. Futhermore, he has good working skills such as high level of spoken english and has a lot of interest in history, wich perfeclty matches the job terms. Moreover, he worked as a tour operator and a supervisor witch means that he knows how to deal with people. Finally, he is a very friendly and outgoing person, with excellent references, available at any time.
As concerning the other candidates, Steve Fielding and Sandrine Parnet are both married witch means that sometimes they may have family issues witch may affect work. Futhermore, candidate A, although he is a hard-working man with a lot of work experience tells us that in his current job he earns more money so if he will be chosen for this job maybe in the future will change his mind and wants his previous job back because of the higher salary. To end with, candidate B seams a little cold, so she may is not the most appropriate choice fot the current job.
