In my opinion the best candidate is Joe Schulz because he is younger than the others candidates and maybe he has more staminas than the others. In addition the candidate that I choose to take the job has good work experience because he has worked as a tour operator. Another advantage is that he is friendly and outgoing and that it is good because he will know how to approach the people who socialize.
