The best candidate is Sandrine Parnet!! Because she speaks English, French, Spanish and Italian.Also she has good work experience.Not chosen the other candidate because they don't speak many language.Also the candidate B she working as public relations officer for multinational company.In the other hand the candidate C he has low level of written English.Finally believe that the candidate B is the best choice.
