I think that the best candidate is number C. First of all is that he is available for immediate hiring. He will move to Edinbourgh if he get the job. Also, he works as a tour operator and he worked as a supervisor. He can learn about the castle's history because he loves history and thus he can pass it to the visitors. Candidate A and B are not suitable for the job beacause we are looking for an immediate hiring and the work now. Therefore, they need some time in order to give up their work. Candidate B has an experience of touring but 10 years ago.
