I believe that the best candidate for the job is Joe Schulz because he is a single 25 year's old man and he will be available at all times.Also he has great work experience working with people as a tour operator and he is good at supervision.Additionaly he studied history at univercity and he is very interest in history which makes things easier at his job.He speaks English and French .He is outgoing and very friendly which is more approachable to the people he workes with.Finally he is willing to move to Edinburg if  he gets the job.After all he has great references and he is available for hiring immediately.
The first candidate has no reason to leave his job for less money and the second hasn't worked as a tour operator for over 10 years.
